Guild & Chapter House in same settlement ?

Is it possible to have a Guild and Chapter House in the same settlement ?

For example: Hospitaller Chapter House PLUS Swordsmith's Guild ...
I'd LOVE to have that !

No, it's not possible - a chapter house counts as a guild.
