Alright, I'm sure I'm not the first person to ask this, but what are the differences between the Europa Barbororum and Rome Total Realism mods?

No, you are not the first to ask this question, but it is a reasonable one. This is the last time it was discussed here in detail, AFAIK:

I'd recommend you try both (the easiest way is to keep a clean install of RTW, then simply make two copies of the main RTW directory - putting EB in one and RTR Platinum Edition in the other).
