To add new traits?

How do you make it so you can make your own list of traits and retinues, and decide what bonus they give you? Which text file do you edit?

the main files you want to edit are "export_descr_ancillaries.txt" and "export_descr_character_traits.txt", though there is much more to it than just those files if you really want to add new traits/ancilaries, but knowing you need these files will make it easy to find more about it by doing a search for the files ...
