I've conquered everything...

Im playing with the Getai and I've conquered and hold the necessary brownish regions that appear in the victory conditions. I've also raided the areas which are marked in black, that are the raiding targets. I control all of these regions at the moment and the game still hasn't ended.

Pressing the "?" button in the victory conditions screen I was able to check and read all the regions said by the advisor and the truth is, I own all the regions necessary to win (about some 20). Whats going on?

This is a deliberate representation of the inevitable let down one experiences when one achieves everything, and still wonder 'is that all'?

I just don't know what else Im supposed to do. It's not like 18 regions (I think they're 18, including the raiding targets) I hold are too much, but I was hoping to finish this game because I've had enough with the Getai for now.

Honestly I don't know what is there to it now, maybe the concept of raiding means something else? I think it means conquering it once, either holding or losing, but having conquered it at least once. Im holding those cities anyway so I should be free to go... :no:

You should get a message saying that you have completed your factions victory conditions, and do you want to continue. The game doesnt automatically stop though.

But that message appears as a popup right? I had no popup showing, unless it's one of the messages that fall on the left, and that need to click on it. But I think it's supposed to show as a popup...

Have you clicked the little "?" in the Faction panel? IIRC The maps shown are old and the advisor will blink any unconquered VC req's and raiding targets if you have them.

In this thread (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?p=1515459#post1515459) Fondor listed the necessary regions to hold and to raid with the Getai. Im only missing Apollonia, and from what I've read, historical Apollonia is probably either Ambrakia or Epidamnos (I may be wrong here). The thing is, I control both these regions and the game hasn't ended yet.

IIRC the Getai victory-condition "trait" also spoke of building something called "Koganion", which I'd guess has something to do with that sacred mountain unique thingy.

At last, I was missing Pergamon, I thought it was a raiding target (conquering it once), but it's a settlement that needs to be hold by the Getai. After that turn, this showed up. At last :idea2:
