Changing age progression per turn

Well it's pretty self explanatory but I'm looking to see if it's possible to change the age progression per turn.

Instead of having your king rapidly die off per turn, I'm looking to slow that down a wee bit. Can anyone help point me in the right direction?

I don't think it's possible unfortunately. I never saw a setting for this.
