in the map of Lusitanian they star it one region but if you go to the map inside the game they have too starting region Lusitania and Numintia is bug or not.
One more question is there any plan to add another unit of Slingers to the Lusitanian the have Balearic Slingers but they are mercenaries and the player to get more Balearic Slingers they have conquer Balearic. They are farmers, we are shepherds the have defend cattle it slinger.

Lusitannii and Celtiberia were allies. I believe the map is that way to show those are the friendly areas at the beginning of the game.

The map is probably just leftover from the last version, when the Lusitannii were instead the Ibeians and controlled both regions.
