Do vassals turn around and attack you in 1.2?

I hear about the new trend of having vassals so my question is, do they turn around and attack you later? If not, I think I might try this in my current campaign.

Nope they never attack you.
The only problem is that if they are allied to someone you want to declare war on, they might break their alliance with you and thus end the vassalship.

Just always remember, you have the highest chance for vassalage only if your enemy comes and asks for a ceasefire so even if they only have 1 city left besieged for 4 stacks, they still might reject vassalage if you start the diplomacy

just remember that you should keep in good relations with your client kingdoms, so they won't go behind your back.
