help!- can't download reb city fix!

Hi , Does anyone know wether Kull's link to the rebel city ctd fix is broken?
as everytime i try to go there it doesn't connect me!
Any info greatly appd as have reached 265bc with romani and can't go any
further.
This is doubly annoying as the wife and kids are going on holiday today
with the mother in law and i've got a hassle free week ahead. (hopefully!)

The ftp is currently down, I'll post again when it is back up.

Unfortunately our tech wizards tell us that our ftp has reached its bandwidth limit for this month and the ftp will be offline for a couple of days. We'll try and sort out a temporary home for the ctd fixes that we had on the ftp.
