Can anyone suggest a good mod for MTW?

I'm not sure if this is in the right forum, so please forgive me if its not.:oops: But currently I only have MTW vanilla, and not VI. I was wondering if someone could suggest a good mod for MTW?

Welcome to the Org (& the Main Hall), Majora1988! Yes, you're in the right place to ask your question. ~:)

To answer it, there are unfortunately very few mods for vanilla MTW -- most mods require that you have VI as well. That said, there is a version of Wes' MedMod available for just MTW, and the MedMod is well-regarded by most people who've played it.

You can find and download it here (http://wes.apolyton.net/). Just scroll about two-thirds of the way down the page; the mod you're looking for is listed as Medieval mod IV v1.85 for Total War v1.1. Have fun, and good luck!
