Some of you might remember a couple of months ago I asked why MTW:VI did not work on my computer, well I found out why, my campaign map and battle map resolutions were wrong.
Anyway now I've reinstalled it and i'm playing it all the time:birthday2: but I have a question.

How do I get the XL mod that people talk about? Sounds like a very good mod,could anyone post any screenshots of it please and a how to install guide please.

THis must sound stupid, but what's the difference between the small and full version?

Not a stupid question at all, as I had to ask that myself when I first checked it out. ~:)

The full, larger version includes separate battle music for the new factions added; the smaller version does not (it just uses the standard battle music already in the original game).

Also, if you want to see further opinions/discussions about XL, just pay a visit to the Main Hall -- the mod gets talked about quite a bit there. :yes:

Also the map, The large version includes an update of the visuals of the map.

I have a problem downloading XL, when I download it, it says the website doesn't support me downloading it :thumbsdown: , any suggestions?

Atomic Gamer's 3D Downloads is a funny site, one minuite it's a two minute download waiting limit, next it's thirty. I'm not too sure yet perhaps the site may be undergoing extreem over-activity or may be having problems with their servers. I'm sorry to say that all I can suggest is waiting and hoping for the best. With any luck it may, hopefully, be resolved soon, they may be suffering from some downtime. I'm sorry I can't help you with this.

I've just got it working and now I can play XL it is a great game and from now on i'll post in the mail hall.
