Do I need to install 0.81a Hotfix if I downloaded latest EB 0.81a full installation? :help:

Cause I noticed that roman Land division still has no description and the hotfix log says its fixed.

If you downloaded 0.81a and not just 0.81, then no. I don't know why that is about the description though.
