Need file event.dat

Hi. I'm trying to patch 1.2 and it gives me an error saying it cannot open my events.dat file and the patch terminates. Does anyone have an events.dat file, preferably from 1.00 that I can have? This error is similar to the voice1.dat error and reinstalling doesnt help.

Woops, my apologies. I realize now this should be in the apothecary forum. I dont spend much time here honestly, and I missed seeing that other forum. I'll read in that forum and see if anyone has a similar problem. A mod can close this topic, please.

Have you tried reinstalling the game?

I know it's a pain but sometimes it's the only way around these problems...
