According to CA, apparently they are ugly. I suppose some faction had to get it. Funny enough the last campaign I played I encountered a Venetian faction leader by the name of Pantaleone the Ugly. He had a trait called disfigured, which had the most humorous description I had ever read beside the no piety description.
