Bug in Uspe

There's a bug in Uspe, that town a bit above the caucasus: There are 2 royal herds buildings, and when I try to destroy one, my game crashes. And in addition I can't build camps there, those buildings for foot-soldiers.

We only start the town with a trader, so I don't know what could be causing that. There is only one royal herd building possible, so it's strange. I've never heard of the game itself building two versions of the same thing like that.

In my game, it also starts with a "settled community2 building,so I think it has to do with "Reign of Ares". Well, good to know, so Throlof can fix it.
