Currently having an issue with certain provinces where, playing as the Romani, I am able to build a type 2 government building, but unable to build a faction barracks. I am able to build the local barracks though. This seems to be happening primarily in Eastern Asia Minor, and some other scattered regions.

Secondly, and I realize I asked this before; is there any way to use the "give_trait" command to characters who have recieved region conquering titles; such as "Germanicas" or "Africanus"? I love the EB trait system, but don't have time to constantly move generals about enough to prevent Aesthetic and Drunkard from constantly killing my generals command points.

Love the mod! Looking eagerly forward to the next version!

That is because you can only build faction Mics in your starting provinces... only after Marian can you build them everywhere. It's not a bug.

apologies, should have stated more clearly. Time period is after Marian reforms, pre Imperial reforms.

All provinces, within which you can build factional MICs, are clearly marked with a Marian reform building. This allows you to build MICs, could you take a look at those settlement that are causing you problems and check whether they have the marker for the Marian reforms. If they don't and you think they should could you post the settlement names here.

once your character gets agnomen Africanus or any other distinct name the only way to use the "give_trait" command is if you know his family name. for example lets say u have Caivs Frvrvs Brvtvs who fought in african and is now called Caivs Frvrvs Africanus. to use the give trait you'll have to type (give_trait "Caivsfrvrvs Brvtuvs" GoodLeader). to get the family name check the family tree and check his father or better his son's family name which replaces the agnomen (basicly the third name). hope that helps

i am also having a problem with this, first i thought it was map.rvm thing but now i see why you cant build those barracks.

I know i should have read the FAQ better ;)

BTW: the mod is great apart for the generals being really though ( too kill) otherwise, great work ~:thumb:

Ehh, the generals are supposed to be tough to kill, that's what their bodyguard's there for... but as it is, they are already much easier to kill overall than in RTW, when they had 2 hitpoints, and they could rout entire armies by themselves.
