I have a serious mission problem in 1.02, this is what happens, when I get a mission, it automatically fails me. For example, playing as spain I get a mission to take Valencia but on the same turn as I get the mission It also says I failed it, this also happened with a papal mission, The Pope gave me a mission to build a chapel in Valencia but again I fail to automatically. It's happened with every mission i've had so far.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Did you install 1.2 over 1.1? All kinds of crazy problems seem to crop up if you do that.

Never happened to me, either, and I have both succeeded and failed at missions. AI judged both correctly.

No, I installed on 1.0.

I've never seen it happen. Does it happen with every faction you play or just this one campaign? If its just the one campaign its probably just a random obscure bug but if it happens in more than one campaign then its time to delete/reinstall.

It sounds like something is wrong with your installation. I would do an uninstall, delete any extra files, and wipe the registry entries, then reinstall everything.

Same here...never happened to me. Despite the fact that I think I installed over 1.1. I seem to have been very lucky for once.

I uninstalled everything, Deleted everything then reinstalled now it works, so far everything's gone alright. I'm glad I sorted that out. If it wasn't for all you guys, I wouldn't have thought about reinstalling. Thanks.

That's always the best, clean and reinstall. Glad it got sorted for you.
