Mafia: Lost Heaven Multiplayer mod in works (and looking good!)

Well, I finally got mafia working on my computer after pursuing various methods.

Anyways, looking at the mod scene I have come across a multiplayer mod for mafia that has got vehicle synching of multiple players almost done, and with video to prove it.

When completed, it should allow for some good times.

It's a bit late though I have to say.:sweatdrop:
The game is 5 years old, still a nice game, but I'd have appreciated this a lot more 4 years ago.

It's not the mod makers' fault this mod is late. Originally the devs of the game were gonna put multiplayer into the game directly but then they reniged on that at the last minute. :furious3: Which is a tragedy. Because if the devs had put in multiplayer as they promised, and it was even half as good as the singleplayer, then Mafia easily could have been one of the best multiplayer games of all-time.

I give a lot of respect to the mod makers for making this, it can't have been easy. From what I can tell Mafia was not made to be mod-friendly by the devs, as some other games are. Which is why mods come quickly and in large numbers for some games.

Mafia, very good game, everything The Godfather game should of been and more, oh well. I still love playing this game every so often, story line is excellent.
