Adding buildings help

So I am taking my first shaking steps at modding this game, and I wanted to add the military academy to hre faction.

But appearently this is done in another file than the "export_descr_buildings.txt" file.

Could anyone tell me where this is done? :clown:

Nevermind - nevermind, it seem hre already have military academy.
