How do I add Buildings

Hey there, I am Not sure if this is in the Right Place. But I just want to Know How do you Add Buildings to Factions? E.g Make England Start off it Large Docks from the Start of the Game. Or that Sort of thing. Im not an Expert and infact know very little So Any Help would be greatly Appreciated. Thank you in Advance

Open data/world/maps/campaign/imperial_campaign/descr_strat.txt, you can add buildings there.
The names are in another file, but you'd have to unpack that.
Check the tutorials section, too

By the way, you shouldn't use the shift key all that often
