I've made it to 242 BC and control the required settlements for the Polybian reforms but the FAQ says I need to upgrade my MICs. However I have know idea what these are, could someone help me out.

MIC stands for Military Industry Complex, and it is basically your barracks building. We call them MICs as they represent far more than a simple barracks.
