None of these seem to work
the ex tag does though. What's ext for?

Hello FactionHeir,

Trying to achieve something to tweak the ex tag. I expected trouble, so I experiment with a new one first.

It does work and then it doesn't, it does, it doesn't :)

Hi TosaInu.
All the tags on this page now seem the same except the one before your last post.
The ones before make a hide button appear with the original more button turning into a hide.
The odd one out is a read button that spawns a hide button but does not change itself.

What's wrong with the spoiler tag?

Removed the ext tag to avoid further confusion.

There's noting wrong Pannonian.

There are a few things that occured inconvenient about the ex tag and how it's used. When it's used to collapse a large section of the post, there should also be a button at the bottom to close it again, not just the top. That simple tweak proved to be tricky.

Hi TosaInu.

I just noticed a small oddity with (ex).
Before you press on the button, it displays "More". After you hide it again, it displays "Read". If you click Read and hide it again, it stays as "Read". Is that intended?

Yes FactionHeir, that's intended. When one closes, it's assumed to have been read. A pagerefresh resets this.
