Demo - how much better graphics? mods?

Being an American, I was not allowed to see the demo, alas. How much better are the graphics, both troops and landscape? Are individual movements much more realistic, and much easier to zoom in? Are uniforms MUCH more detailed, or is there really just a bit of a difference?
ALso, when will we AMericans see the darn demo? Will the game come out before September?
how mod-able with medieval tw be?put in entirely new types of troops? entirely different historical periods? do we have to wait another full year before the next game, or what might the add on be?
when will i ever get laid?

well if ur ugly a prossy will do ne1 but if ur a law abiding person and ugly then ull have to settle for an ugly person going out where girls go also helps youger girls r easier cause they love older boys (not when they reach bout 18 though)

graphics yes better but u need a better PC because loading takes loader

troops i need further testing to answer that one seige weapons r cool

indivudaul sprites r more deatiled bit 2 colourful but ill live with it

landscape looks pretty nice troops also look nice
