View setlement?

Is it possible to view the buildings in your settlements... i mean outside of a siege battle? There is a mod for M2TW to do this and they were talking about it being a feature in RTW. I have been playing RTW (mostly with a mod) for more than 2 years and did not know this :shame: .. Anyonek now how to do it? :help:

Open up any settlement scroll and then open the settlement details scroll for it (icon on the lower left-hand side). In the settlement details scroll there is another icon (again, lower left-hand side) that will allow you to zoom in on the settlement you are currently on.
