Are the quotes of the game accesable somewhere in a file?

In the data\text folder there is a file named quotes.txt.strings.bin that you have to extract and then you can modify the quotes. After you modify them you delete the .bin file and the game recreated it when it loads.

I made a stripped version of the quotes. You can add your own quotes and drop them in a mod folder and go from there.
