One week ago I decided to play the Julli campaign (imperator) again. Before that I played the short campaign (and some BI campaigns). The game seems rather easy, while I'm playing VH/VH, at least I thought I selected that... Is there anyway to check the difficulty setting while already playing? (maybe it's just because I got used to the much tougher BI games)

By the way it's year 200 and the Brutti have 30 regions, is that right while playing on VH/VH? Also when I recruit spies they are at skill level 3 right away.

Don't know how to check the difficulty...

but spys and other agents often get trained and start with several skill points. They usually have some kind of 'Natural born spy/diplomat/killer' type trait, but how good it is is a matter of luck.

I've never played Imperitor, so I'm not sure, but 30 regions in 140 turns does seem a bit steep for a CPU controled faction.

Thx, great tool.

The campaign difficulty was at VH, but the battle difficulty was medium. Now I've changed it to VH/VH. :whip:
