Well I managed a win too, when Saladin dies the battle turns around.

I had more troops left particularly my Spearman, but only 2 of my RoyalKnights left.
I guess you kept Richard safe whereas I used him in centre counter-assault and ended up surrounded with the rest of my army still back near castle. I would have been toast if he died.

I think once those Spearman start going up in honour they become almost invincible against the mounted troops.

no i didnt put my King Richard @ safe place... i put him just behind the spearmen... ready to flank...
the Feudal Knights is somewhat a darn powerful unit.

mine were chewed up but that's because there aren't many of them..although on second thought one of them was chewed up the other was completely killed but it did take 160 opponents with them.
