Ilyria helenike, has the designation, SW C16? how is this possible, or is it done on a basis of 16=0, ie n1, n2, n4, n8?

16 is, I believe, n1, n2, n4, n8 - it was much easier to do that than try to explain binary and the proper use of 0 in a base 2 system to folks who are completely unfamiliar.
