Will there be more stacks to fight in the future ?

Not likely, i think. You may be wishing to fight stacks of enemies now, but wait till you're fighting one or two a turn, and you'll be howling for less. Costs have a reason behind them, whether historical availability, or rebelliousness of the troops, equipment quality, etc.

More stacks? Have you played past 210BC?

If you want more stacks, now that I think about it, use the original EB script, not one of the money-tweaked ones, and play Baktria. The AS will give you your fill of it. Me, I have had it up to here with stacks, though, and am perfectly content with pitting my stacks against half-stacks. As Nathan Bedford Forrest once put it, it's all about 'getting there the fustest with the mostest'.

Play any faction near AS, maybe Pontos with the campain difficult in VH and without an improved money script and after few turns you'll be creating another topic wondering about where do AS get so may Thorakitai Argyraspidai and how you can stop the incoming 3 elite stacks each turn. Its not because its dificult, but just because its bored. But if you want it to be dificult play also with the battle dificult in VH so you can start having nightmares with naked wild galatians. And may the EB gods have mercy of you and you'r stack thirsty.

Go play the Arverni on VH/VH then! You'll be able crush the Aedui with ease but later on you'll have to deal with Romani-Samnite stacks led by hordes of Triarii. :bling:
Then, should you manage to beat Rome, it's the Qarthadast and their bunny-rabbit Iberian stacks!~:joker:

After that, comes the real horror......tall men from the north......with sausages.......thats right.....you will submit to...............................

I'm Irish + French and I live in N.E Texas. So it's not drunkenness so much as it is insanity.

Ermm....ontopic:Has anyone noticed how the Getai are always recruiting lots of stacks but never use them? It's probably got to do with those uber star rebel generals living in all the adjacent towns but damn....at least invade Makedon. :inquisitive:

The Getai usually do this. 1) Take a vaction from Spring 272 BC - till mid 260's or mid 240's ->> 2) Go ballistic. You may suddenly find them in Southern Germany.

Perfect example of this Getic strategy's found in: The world according to the Koinon

Maybe the itchy dwarves like swimming in debt ? Given the amount of psychoactive fungi they consume, not much can be regarded as beyond them... :sweatdrop:
