I'm talking about historical figures like King Richard etc, who do you think will be in? Oh, and why do you think this? I will simply list who I think will be in, I just want to know who you think shall be. (NOTE, I may be wrong on some simply because they aren't even alive in teh timezone it's set in, but just ignore them then)
Ghenghis Khan
Kublai Khan
Joan of Arc
Richard the Lionheart
William the Conqueror
Henry IV-VIII
William Wallace
Vlad the Impaler
That's all I can think of really.

The other people I've heard of are
Robin Hood
Frederick Barbarrosa
Saladin
El Cid
Marco Polo
Emp. Conralius

It's confirmed that El Cid in the game, I saw a screen of the strategy map that showed his face. Saladin shows up a lot around the 3rd Crusade. Not sure about Robin Hood. And the event where Marco Polo returns from or goes to China happens almost randomly.

In don't think William the Bastard (or the Conqueror) shows up in the game. The game starts at 1087, far after Williams reign. Frederich Barborrosa has an historical "what if" campaign. But everyone knows why it's a "what if" campaign.

I forgot to mention that William the Conqueror will show up in a non-campaign capacity, because the Battle of Hastings is going to be one of the many historical battles. Can'twait to play Hastings or Agincourt!

Richard, Saladin, Fred Barbarossa, El Cid, not sure about Joan, what would robin Hood do? What else? Vlad seems good.

A small point but 1087 was not "far after" William the Bastard's reign: it is the year he died!

good point Hulego, but the facts remain, he's only gonna show up in Historical Battle. I don't know where this fat Bastard thing came up. Maybe someone was referring to William.

Really, Vlad Dracula (also known as Vlad the Impaler) didn't come into power in Wallachia until 1456, which is after the game is supposed to end. Maybe his father will make an appearance in the ultra-late-game.
Vlad The Impaler

Well, I am including Historical Battles and Campaigns in the fray so maybe Vlad will make an appearance, or maybe I could make some sort of campaign.......who knows.
