one more important question

when i go to download the program 7-zip, it doesn't say to open,save,or run, it just says downloading now or something like that, so how do i know where the program downloads to?

when i clicked extract, it said to replace rome total war/eb/data/descrition and the rest, with just description/and the rest, without rome and eb and data before it, i really need help, and i read the manual, so please help me:help:
