I have done all the requirements listed for the polybian reform. I have captured the proper settlements and it is past the year 210 B.C. I know that MIC's have a big role in this and I am assuming that this is where I am getting hung up at. I am unsure of the role that MIC's play in the game. Are MIC's just the barracks that I am constructing, or does it also deal with other building types? Please Help.

Yeah, in this game MIC means the barracks. MIC is short for military industrial complex, and it represents the infrastructure necessary to recruit, equip and maintain an army.

Have you activated the script every time you load the game? This is the most common mistake - without the script, you get no reforms.

I have not activated the script. How do I do that? Please make your instructions simple. I am not a whiz with the computer.

The EB FAQ, "not just another pretty face":

Q: What is the "campaign script" and how do I load it?
A: The campaign script is the way EB mods much of the game to introduce new features and gameplay like seasons and stuff. Loading the campaign script is easy. As soon as you start a campaign, and every time after that when you load that game click on any one of your cities. An advisor will pop up telling you to click the "show me how" button. Do this. Now the advisor can be closed if it doesn't do so automatically. Advice does NOT need to be turned on for this to work.

If you are already at 210 B.C. it's a bit too late to activate the script. It's best you start a new campaign.

I think one should point this out more clearly in the FAQ. Especially the link to the reforms.

When we are talking about reforms: are you going to make some conditions for celtic reforms in the next version too?

Yup, IIRC there are conditionals for all reforms comming up.
