erm - i forgot about 90 rebel faction names also, but these are essentially a breakdown from privince name.. eg Welsh Rebels from Wales (duh) etc etc

Each province also has a unique castle name - no way im doing those...sorry. There are also special titles for certain provinces (e.g King of Scotland) - aint doin' those either sorry.

When a rebellion occurs can you select the rebels to play or is it imperial all the way http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/wink.gif

It seems that the Eastern European factions are limited to only 1 province. Poland seems to get only Poland, Hungary only Hungary wheras a small faction like England
(territory-wise)gets more. I think the developers should split Poland into Greater and Lesser Poland and Hungary into Provinces like Banat and Magyar.

"England" "the english" is a faction and contains x provinces. There is no province called "england".

"Poland" is a province of the "Polish" faction and contains X provinces in all, one of which is called Poland.

Make sense?

I looked at the names of the castles (in the demo), but strangely I didn't find Constantinople. What is that castles name? And what is the province called?

What I meant was the English faction will probably start with Wessex, Mercia, Northumbria and Normandy. Poland will likely start with only Poland, since I doubt Silesia and Pomerania will be given to them. Now if for example you can only recruit 1 unit per turn per province, you can see how disadvantaged this faction will be. I say split Poland and probably Hungary into 2 or more provinces.
