I wanted to have some fun and see what could I do...

so it only took me like 10 - 15 years to take them, but the ramifications have been a bit straining..lol

So by Meaning Austria-Hungary... I started with the Hungarians of course.. and took Bohemia/Austria/Tyrol/Serbia...

So I am at war with the HRE/Cumans & Excommunicated waiting for a crusade to hit me..:(

At least the French/Poles/Danes/Scicilians/Genoese are allies...

So question: Since I have never played the Hungarians yet, where would you guys go

I was thinking of two main options:

Go after HRE and help Poles take out Cumans
Go after the Balkans, which means Cumans & Byz

While I've never played as the Hungarians (shocking, I know!), I would recommend focusing on the Cumans. In my games, they tend to hit the Huns and Polish pretty hard, so it's probably best to hit them first if you can.

Presumably you are playing XL right?

In the MedMod IV that i play by rule (haven't played XL for several months), going after the Byzantines pays well. That's because IMO having the Balkan penisula provides a more easily defensible money making territory that will increase your stability and defensibility and profits so helping in fighting off other enemies like the steppe factions, the HRE and the Italian factions.

Many Thanks
