Will a financial build policy take care of health and happiness, building essential buldings when health issues or potential disorder may arise?

I honestly don't know a lot about the build policies as I "micr manage" each settlement myself but, I would think that Financial probably doesn't focus on happiness buildings as much as it would focus on markets, mines, ports, etc.

I would expect Growth Policy to focus on happiness inducing buildings since, happy people fuel growth and sustained growth requires "order inducing" buildings.

Just as a general comment though:

Waiting to build health and happiness buildings

I also micromanage and have never let the AI decide my build policy...
I guess we expect it to build profit boosting buildings when we set it 'Financial build policy' - but then the AI itself doesnt seem to have any clue about what to build!!! :wall:
So it is trial and error or hope that some who does it can answer your question. :help:

But general rule, as Kraggenmor said is to prevent health issues or potential disorder issues from happening (unless you deliberately want them to happen ofcourse~;) )

I believe that at most it will raise taxes if there is disorder problems, but don't know for sure.
