An offshoot of the Tallest Orgah thread. I'm just wondering who here is the strongest and fastest Orgah.

I'm probably not the strongest or fastest, but I'm probably up there.

My Build:
Height: 5'10 (~1.78m)
Weight: 145 lbs. (~66 kg)

My Feats:
-I can run up 4-5m (13-16 ft.) of vertical surface)
-Standing long jump in excess of 10 ft. (+3m, really closer to 3.5m)
-45-50 in. vertical
-1080 crescent kick.
-11 second 100m time.

100m in 11secs?
Hell start training and you get to the Olympics.

I don't have all those stats, I play Badminton (yes in some countries it's a big sport) at a high enough level. Which means you need a good condition, and you need to be quick.
Next to that I study Archaeology, and while you may laugh at it it means you do quite some physical labour.

Indeed. Isn't the world record 100m in 9 seconds?

6 feet
232 Lbs

295 lb bench press
405 lb squat
250 lb Power Clean

40 yd dash- 5.1

As you can tell most of my athletic training has been for American football

Guys .1 seconds in the 100 m run is insane. DA probably couldnt break 10 even if he poured his heart and soul into it. Thats not a personal jibe but yall hafto understand that once you start getting faster or stronger improving gets exponentially harder

It only includes the physical not the mental?

I'm pretty fast too. I only need 11 seconds as well, so I usually don't even bother taking that fag out off my mouth first.

-I can run up 4-5m (13-16 ft.) of vertical surface) Five meters? Tss. I can do that.

In fact, I run up five meters of vertical surface all the time. It's bliss, sheer magic. At the top, for a brief moment, you're hovering freely in the air, free from all earthly worries, none holding sway over you anymore. Unfortunately, gravity still does and it's invariably at this moment that I'm brutally reminded that Parkour also involves going back down to earth towards a cold hard pavement eagerly awaiting your teeth. ~:mecry:

I know, if you practise you get better. And if you start of with 11 something.

Don't mention it. I skinned my knees today... And Stig, I'm too hardcore addicted to soda and other fizzy drinks to compete in the Olympics.

Don't worry, soda doesn't damage you.

I train 2 hours on tuesday, and after that I drink 1 or 2 beers, means I trained for nothing ~D

And I drink every other day 'till I'm drunk or close to it. But I can still break down a wall and find my way through it in a gnat's fart.

Aye, but it's amazing, and dangerous, how some people become stronger through alcohol, mainly because they believe they are stronger

You sure ya not drunk? ~D

Height 189cm --> 6'3'' ?
kg 84 --> ~185lbs ?

Climbing UIAA: 8-
Swimming: fast
Hiking: 900m of altitude/1h

I do also various forms of Push-ups, inspired also by Parkour and other Gymnastics. Usually I play twice a week football.

P.S: You guys seem to be far heavier than me, even if I'm taller. Do you train also for strength endurance? I consider myself to be heavy for a Climber... :dizzy2:

I was going to submit a humourous response to Div Arma's posts but my intentions were intercepted by this cautionary note from him.

211 lbs (96) I am loosing weight at a rate of 2kg (4lbs) a month now due to unfortunate events.

I haven't got any recent stats but I did 7.4s on the 60m (yard) sprint and 12.07 as my best 100m.
I can bench my own weight but have never tried max. (I once did a 110kg (242 lbs) but could have done more).
I never tried the Power clean but have done 5x115kg(253lbs) squats.
I once broke a leg pressure device, it was one of those spring controlled dials like your everyday bathroom scales (it had a max of 230kg (507lbs))
Running up a wall I have never tried...
Long jump - 6.5 meter (from standing still - 2.9 meter)
resilience test - 64cm. (25,2 inch)

Åsane Arm wrestling champion 1988 (16 year class)
In Scotland I helped someone change a tyre on a car by holding the car up for them (they were a car jack short).

That's no excuse, there's that Australian gold medal cyclist who lives off fast food for example. ~;p

The difference is that fast food generally won't make you fail a drug test , many of the fizzy drinks do .
Kinda ironic when you have drinks companies sponsoring the olympics but competitors have to avoid the drink isn't it .
