I just conquered Carthage but i'm having a slight difficulty here, Carthage has already upgraded to the "Huge City" level and they built an Imperial Palace. I want to destroy this palace and replace it with a Roman palace, can anyone tell me how to do that? Thanks :D.

Sorry, but, as far as I know, without modifying the game files/creating new game files, it's, most unfortunately, impossible. My sincere apologies.

There is a posiblity to do that. With a script, but this is not the right place to ask for it.

Scripts can only damage the building 100%, they will not destroy it (as in removing it from the constructed buildings tab.)

If you remove the hinterland_ prefix in the EDB, load the game, destroy the building, save, exit (before ending turn) and restore the prefix, I think it would work without any unpleasant side-effects. Not sure though.
