stupid newb question

i didn't play the campaign at all in STW, just played skirmish's and stuff (my comp really sucked when it came out, could only play at a friends) so anyway, what happens to your routed units? do they go back to a random friendly province? fall off the edge of the disc?

If u had a castle in your province then all the troops which could fit went there. The left over troops went to one of your neighbouring provinces. If u dont have a castle then they all went to one of your neighbouring province. If u had no castle and no neighbouring province... then they were kinda deleted... This porbably represented them being caught and killed.

Now the routed units when it looks like they're getting killed they get captured and the enemy can ransom them back to you or they can kill them for dread points.
