EB installing help [Archive]

Hi, iv downloaded the latest version of EB twice now. hav, uninstalled, installed and updated Rome as required. everytime i extract EB from winzip to me desktop and run the EB icon it runs through its extraction process and then says, somewhere along the lines of, "does not have program associated for performing installation. Create association in Folder Options control panel".

I hav no clue what this means lol

can any1 help?

IIRC, but don't quote me on that one, this is caused by an username that features non-western characters, such as cyrillic. You could create an account named "admin" - (make sure it has admin rights) and install EB from there on your PC. Then you can delete the account or keep it for future purposes. (E.g. future release of EB.)
