Hey,


if you join the Army (talking about US Army), and you go though OCS and that (better to be a 2nd Lt then a fricking private), and say,few years later (before or after you 1st Lt. Promotion), you want to change services and go to the Marines, how would that happen?

You would probably want to do your OCS with the Marines. Once you have made the commitment to the Army, you're out of it when they say. I haven't been in any Army (yet) but I think the best you can do once you want to change services is ask.
