Where do I see province bonuses?

( I mean like +2 valour etc...)

Are you getting M2TW mixed up with MTW?

MTW used to have some unit bonuses in specific provinces. M2TW will give you unit bonuses if you build specific buildings but you would need to check the buildings you are building in each province to find that out.

I think you are right... I was reading the newbie guide and got confused...

By building with bonuses you mean something like university that gives you +1 to gunpowder units?

Probably, and the Tourney Fields that gives bonuses to Knights etc.
