I don't think any of us could do it and look nearly as cool as the Davelings. That's both cute and hilarious mang, gave me a good laugh.

I mosh.....

Although the moshing done here in Vermont is fairly idiotic and non-contact. They manage to almost never hit one another, but because they punch the air insanely when they do touch one another it's not good. Germany was much more full-contact, and yet safer at the same time.

I think technically what I did in Germany was mostly "slam-dancing", but whatever...

Cute. My little 'uns have only been crawling for about two months (though Liv is getting brave enough to try and stand at only five months.)

I need to have had about six pints before I can dance, and even then I'm dreadful.

Really? After six pints I dance like a god. Also, I look like George Clooney, and, hey presto, every girl in the place is Keira Knightley .

Very similar here, it's a shame really.
I usually need something that makes me forget my surroundings or raises big emotions or sth. Hard to explain, but either I am alone or there has to be some person who makes me want to dance.
In primary school that was different, I danced in front of the whole class.:laugh4:
But things change.

Anyway, I used to dance if necessary. This was in the time I was still... human. It is something I would never do now. My natural movement would always attract attention. This is not about classic dancing or any of the conventionally trained stuff however.

Heck, even if I wouldn't dance in that time, or now, and I would be talking to someone my body language -- which is complicated and shows itself more than that of Italians -- would attract attention anyway. Call it the dancing of the body without dancing.

Hey Dave, what's the big idea? Who told you that you could post footage of the "Off the convention floor" activities from the 2004 Republican National convention? Now everyone will know our secret weapon for recruitment... brainwashing the little'uns with KC & The Sunshine Band.

Boy, next you're going to let the cat out of the bag that Dick Cheney IS H.R. Puffenstuff. https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/tharris00/puffjim2.jpg

Ha, so I'm not the only fool around here who used to dance like a maniac, wind up the girls, and sweat like a tractor driver in a middle of a sunburnt cornfield... Was like that, now I dunno, I don't feel the urge...

Yeah, that applies to me too.

I can dance... when I've had a great deal of alcohol or when a girl wants to. Otherwise, no.

I try to keep a very low profile in dancing places (i.e. I don't actually go to them in the first place). I shall reserve total embarrassment by doing other silly things instead (like wear silly hats in public places, for example).

There are an almost infinite amount of things I can do to make a total pillock out of myself, so there is very little need to extend that list with unprofessional and indeed exhausting flapping about.

So, no, I don't dance.

Same here. Though, the amount of alcohol required is quite close to the amount of alcohol required to empty my wallet/make me very 'sleepy'.

As for the girl thing, if a girl drags me to the dance-floor, yeah, of course. Though, it's got to be the right girl - my dancing method in those circumstances only really has one outcome...

Generally though, being half-round-eye, half-slitty-eye, normal dancing is beyond me.

Real men don't dance. It's very simple.

The only dancing I've ever done, has happened when I've been completely drunk, and it was limited to standing behind a chick letting her rub her bum on me... That's not too bad.

Very cute kids you have there DD :2thumbsup:

As for my dancing talents, I like to dance  And the more I drink, the better I dance. At least that's what I am telling myself when I'm at it...

As someone said earlier, a real man sits at the sidelines, cursing and laughing at people.

And then he dances in the event a lovely lady wants him too, and gets laughed at by his fellow real men, who he promptly smacks in the face with a two by four, before getting back to 'dancing' with his woman.
