Sad tidings here in the land down under. If rumors are true then release date according to Harvey Norman retailer is early September, and TopShop games retailer 6th September. Sigh, at this rate it will be all I want for Xmas is MTW and not my two front teeth.

:d Oh Goody!

That is better than vague statements relating to seasonal changes occurring half a planet away.

Not that I put too much emphasis on what retailers think. Their predictions are generally accurate.

Deppression sets in....again....

I don't hold much faith in what retailers say either when it comes to things like release dates. But when it is very hard to glean any information from Creative Assemble website about release date here in Oz, one must keep the eyes and ears open. Specially when most forums/message boards seem to be inundated with Americans and Englishmen and you can only look at what they are posting and what info is being fed to them in their respective countrys.
I would love to even be able to have a gander at a display box, just of curiosity.

I just whish I had a brodband account so I could download MTW demo to at least look at on my pc. Have been scouring pc magazines looking for a MTW demo on a cover disc but no luck yet.
Cheers everyone.

Hah Ha haaaaa...who needs broadband....

I just set up my download on DAP and let my 33.3 kbps modem go do that hoodoo that it do so well....

and 25 hours later my wife could use our landline again....

My wife LOVES me...* sigh * http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/biggrin.gif

got the demo
tried it
liked it

shame that the strategy side of things was ignored.

still, better than a kick in the butt.

Well if it is going to be released in August,
it should be going "Gold" very soon... http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/wink.gif

Me too, I went to my local Electronics Boutique, and they told me that they were getting it on the 21st. They too had the MTW box that read "Coming Soon!"
