First thing to do: DON'T PANIC. Next thing: read this thread (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=83728).
:juggle: Observation: this reads like a Rebelling Settment CTD. Hence, step 2 is of particular importance. Maybe you can even fix it yourself, after reading the thread - and doing as recommended therein. ~;)
To be more specific, upgrade to the latest build and install the permanent fix there. If it still crashes, temporarily put the broader rebellion CTD fix in to get past it. It works.
Edit: As for why it happens, this is because when a settlement rebels, RTW requires a unit to be recruitable by the faction it rebels to. In the standard build only the initial owner had recruitment available as we thought that couldn't change. It can, so the broader fix gives everyone recruitment of a basic unit everywhere.
Hey It worked ,You guys are just wonderful:2thumbsup: bovi ,Tellos Athenaios thank you so mutch my friends
Let me report what I did :
I. Installed 0.81a V2
II. Installed "Permanent fixes"
III. Installed "rebel settlement fix"
Then loaded the save game and ,fortunately it passed:beam: One of my settlements bribed by Qarthadasts ! (And Here let me say congartulation on EB team members. Carthaginas bribed my settlements and forces many times I never seen before in any RTW games:thumbsup: Great work guys)
Let me thank you again ,You saved me of terrible nightmare(Well you know how difficult reaching the year 164 in EB is:tongue: ) Thanks a lot:smiley:

You forgot step IV. Put back the backup you made before using the temporary fix.
