Question on the location of 2 files

I'm looking for the EB equivalent of 2 text files that i can't seem to find in the EB/data folder. The 2 files in a vanilla installation of RTW are called battle (Text Document) and shortcut (Text Document) and would be normally located in the data/text folder of a vanilla game installation. If someone could point me in the right direction i would appreciate it.

Some files that are not changed for EB are not copied, and the original vanilla ones are used from the original location. That may be the case here.
