help...missing skeleton for secondary weapon ?

When game is loading , I get a message : missing skeleton for secondary weapon in model type Warband_spear_german

and then game finish.....:help:

my english isn't so good....

Sounds like a bad install. Please uninstall and try again. Please read the installation guide (stickied) carefullly to be sure you have done everything right.
