Total Civil War can allow the Senate to be played... yet it has some problems.

To Clear a point this IS NOT THE ONE THAT JUST MAKES THEM PLAYABLE.
THEY ARE PLAYABLE BUT THEY HAVE BEEN EDITED TO MAKE NO CTDS!!!

hi Sunhawken, do you mind explaining which bits you altered? I did one a while ago changing internal name of senate faction, am curious if you went that route? Or found some other way?

So basically by saying "The Senate is playable" you mean "The Julii now looks like the Senate"?
