TGA Files

I'm tring to create a map but I can't figure out what application to use in order to open the TGA files. Any advice?:book:

to open(read; view) a map you can use tools like xnview or irfanview

but to actually edit them I'd recommend buying Photoshop (its very much worth the money!), though there are some freeware-tools that can edit them as well just cant recall a name atm ...
