What, pray tell, are you exactly talking about? Military Access where?

Also, try to avoid asking a question with your third word in it.

What the :flower: is Military Access:furious3:

Military access is exactly what it sounds like Military Access. If you have military access with another country then you can move troops through their lands.

Hi GeoBeeChamp,
Yep, Ichigo is right. Military acess is permission to march your troops through your allies land without them attacking you or conisidering it to be hostile behaviour. Hope this helps, good luck, cheers!

Gah, indeed that's it! I completely forgot about that diplomatic option. I completely forgot about it, because I never try it: the AI will probably say it's ridiculous to accept that proposal.

Most of the time the A.I do think that Military Access is a ridiculous demand, well for me anyway because I've never managed to get it off a faction unless they're on the brink of destruction or if I have an army ready to attack one of their cities.

If your relations are great with another faction, obtaining millitary access is pretty easy to obtain.

Unfortunately in MTW2, other factions don't even bother to ask for this before marching on your soil - whether they intend to attack you or not.

As has been said before, MTW2 needs a "Get off my land, please" diplomatic option. :embarassed:

Thanks in one of my campaigns I got forced into a war with HRE because I pissed them off by taking Florenceand marching troops through Bologna. So I rewindede game and got MA. It saved me because Florence was weak and I took it randomly as the Byzantines.:idea2:

I sell military access to allied AI powers when I need a little cash, because they don't care whether they have it or not and they suffer no diplomatic penalty for marching through your lands anyway.
