I was thinking that the Intelligence/Charisma /Endurance is a bit limited (even though they are great ideas)
So I came up with an idea.
Now with have Sharp/dull, Charismatic/Uncharismatic, Vigorous/languorous and
Selfish/Unselfish, Optimistic/pessimistic Loyal/Disloyal.
Why not, for example
Sharp/Dull/and Average, Selfish/Unselfish/ and then Selfless, etc?
As it would be "Extreme "bad"(selfish) Average (Unselfish) and extreme "good" (Selfless)
Selfless characters would get the traits associated with Unselfish and some new traits that would make them "heroic".
Good Idea or not?
Actually, there are 6 levels of intelligence, 6 levels of charisma, 6 levels of energy, etc. The traits are simply invisible, and the trait scroll only displays the broad trends.

Really?
Well why not make the 2 lowest, the 2 closest and the 2 highest visibile?
Either way, I didn't know that
So the "perfect" people aren't really perfect.

They might be, although it's probably pretty rare to get a lvl 6 character in everything.

It's a deliberate design decision. We don't want the players to know for sure their generals' basic trait values.
