Knights unmounted...remountable??

In the course of a battle we can dismount our cavalry...or is the decision made prior to the battle being joined??

* does this apply to Knights ( of all factions )only?? or other mounted units as well, cavalry archers etc.?

* Does the game remount our knights for the next battle or is it a once only decision?.

Dismount happens during deployment before the battle starts.

You get to do it for every battle.

I would like to know if all cavalry units can dismount too.

Im guessing that you make the choice as to whether to mount\dismount knights before each battle and you will get the option again for every future battle you engage in...

As for which knights can dismount, i think DD might be of help...

if you look in the unit_prod.txt or better

copy it and turn it into an .exl

you can see which can and can't dismount

I think all units can dismount in castle
